Tournament Registration Information
The universities Pickleball facilities are excellent, comprising of XXX acrylic courts, spectator viewing areas and other amenities. In additional to the facilities there will be access to couching clinics, demos and automatic ball feeders. The address of the facilities are Bath University, Sports Village, Batch BS XXXX.
There will be 20 categories consisting of Men's Singles, Mens Doubles, Women's Singles, Womens Doubles, Mixed Doubles in three categories these being (4.5+), (3.5-4.5), (3.0-3.5) and (under 3.0). Trophies or medal will be presented to all finalists with additional cash prize of £10 to the winners of the 4.5+ professional categories.
Bath is one of the most impresive UK historic cities with extensive architecture and infrastructure dating back to the Roman times. Its Roman SPA wit its healing waters is world famous was visited by queen Victoria and Price Albert on several occassions. For those that like mixing sport with site history, seeing, dining and a dip in a Roman Spa, Bath is the place to be.
Bath, Bristol and the surronding side offer an abundance of accomodation choices ranging from plush 5 star hotels through to Air BNB's and hostels.
It is easily accessible by Road, Rail from many UK destinations and also has a local airport in Bristol. There should onsite parking within the University complex or at nearby commercial parking facilities if required.
If you are entering as a doubles partnership you can specify your partner during the registration process. If you do not have a doubles partner (or would prefere your partner pays seperately) you can select partners from a list of available partners that you will have access to via the Portal. If you are inviting a partner they must agree with you decision, otherwise you must select an alternative. Please note, at early stages of entrie there may be few or no available partner so some patience may be required.

If you want to enter multiple events you will be given the option to do so during the registration process. As you complete the process you will be sent emails confirming the receipt of your entry and an invite to sign up as member of the Pickleball-Plaza Portal.

The entry fee's for entrying each Tournamnet event are shown during the registration process and paymeny can be made using bank cards, fund transfers or Paypal. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid accidental errors. Should any error occur we will aim to resolve or repay the funds withing 2 working days. Pickleball-Plaza does not record nor retain any information regarding your banking details. If we spot any problem with your payment we will contact you via the registation email or given contact number.

The PLAZA PORTAL aims to make tournament registration, membership services and match day planning and scoring easy.
You will automatically become a member of the Portal when you register for your first event. This will give you access to information about your events, other registered players, players looking for partners, and many other information and membership services.
